How does pricing work?
Indicative CAD bands on the services page are research ranges only. Final fees are set per quote after we understand pages, content readiness, and care scope. There are no locked prices from the contact form.
How long does a Launch Lite build take?
Timeline depends on content readiness and revision rounds. After intake we share a scoped plan and staging preview; nothing publishes without your explicit approval. Ask on contact for a realistic range for your pages.
What is not included?
Ecommerce, Shopify, payment flows, custom web apps, portals, memberships, brand-led design systems beyond template + light styling, WCAG certification claims, DNS autopilot, and handling client logins or 2FA are out of scope.
Do you guarantee search rankings or leads?
No. SEO Ops sells technical hygiene and content drafts as deliverables — crawl/index checks, meta cleanup, briefs — not “#1 ranking” or lead guarantees. We document what changed and what’s next.
Who approves before publish?
A human gate is required: staging preview, QA against the brief, then explicit approval before anything is public. Care retainer edits follow the same gate where agreed in scope.
